Position: Assistant Manager
About: Taco Bell is currently expanding and seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining brand standards, training, coaching, and recognizing team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role includes overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, with a focus on personal growth and team success. Requirements: Have at least three (3) years of restaurant/retail and management experience; assist in P&L management, cash control/security procedures, inventory maintenance, labor management, financial report review, and appropriate action-taking; ensure all employees receive proper training and resources; champion Taco Bell’s culture and values; promote Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviors; drive individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation efforts; identify, recruit, and support General Manager in hiring exceptional talent; possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, employee motivation, and training; adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards
