About: As a SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for guests to enjoy a SuperSONIC experience at SONIC Drive-In. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, managing Great People, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards. Requirements: Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations; minimum 6 months of QSR management experience or 1 year of entry-level retail management experience; effective communication, math, reading, and computer skills; autonomy in work, problem-solving, multitasking; adherence to appearance and hygiene standards at SONIC.
