Position: Assistant Manager
About: This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner setting its own wage and benefit programs. As part of the team, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in ensuring the restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards, managing work shifts, and completing administrative duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership experience in a fast-food restaurant setting preferred; ability to manage and motivate team members effectively; understanding of cash handling, security, inventory, and labor procedures; strong problem-solving and communication skills
