Position: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager to implement the restaurant plan, achieve sales targets, uphold operational procedures, and deliver outstanding service to guests and teams, aiming to be their 1st choice.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) – Preferred; Food Safety Certified; 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); Basic math skills; Microsoft Office and general systems experience; Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours; High energy with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
