Position: Assistant Manager
About: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at our establishment, you will oversee restaurant operations and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and analyzing operational and financial performance. You will also recruit, train, and develop employees to maintain high standards in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements: Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred; 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility; Ability to communicate effectively in English; Must be at least 18 years of age; Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs; Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
