Position: Assistant Manager

Requirements: Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred; High School degree or equivalent required; Minimum 2 years of experience working in a restaurant environment with career progression; Functional understanding of Profit & Loss statements, costs controls, and restaurant operations; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment; Successful completion of background and drug screening required
