Position: Assistant Manager
About: Assist the General Manager in executing all aspects of the restaurant operations. May be assigned specific areas to manage within the restaurant in accordance with the GMs overall business plan. Essential job functions include managing the entire operation, maintaining quality standards, executing the business plan, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling customer complaints, controlling inventory, optimizing profits, overseeing staff development and training, scheduling, and more. Additional responsibilities involve managing staff, sales, and profitability growth while maintaining positive working relationships and effective communication with employees.
Requirements: One to three years of management in a high volume restaurant preferred, QSR experience strongly preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required; Excellent customer service and employee relation skills; Detail-oriented with capabilities to oversee operations in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting; Physical requirements include standing for long periods, working in different temperature ranges, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
