Position: Assistant Manager
About: Dave’s Supermarket is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Front End department. The individual will be responsible for providing quality customer service to consumers, co-workers, vendors, and business associates. They will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, interpret financial statements, program cash registers, enforce company policies, supervise and train employees, and ensure efficient service. This role requires active listening, mathematics, equipment selection, time management, critical thinking, complex problem-solving, proficiency in English, and management of personnel resources.
Requirements: High school diploma (or GED/ High school equivalence Certificate) preferred; 3+ years of Management experience or equivalent required; 1+ years of Direct Supervision experience or equivalent required; Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
