Position: Assistant Manager
About: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Involves management of staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining standards, customer service excellence, and store profitability. Transportation to/from work, cleanliness, and marketing are also key responsibilities of the role.
Requirements: Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process orders, manage inventory, clean equipment and facilities, possess strong communication skills, follow written instructions accurately, handle monetary transactions, input orders via computer or touch screen accurately.
