Position: Assistant Manager
About: IHOP is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and will be responsible for supervising restaurant employees, managing front and back house operations with a focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth. The role also involves developing team members and maintaining IHOP’s quality and service standards. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and late nights, is required due to the business focus on weekends and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; management experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth; ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
