Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef
About: Stevie’s Kitchen USS Alabama is a fast-paced quick-serve restaurant located at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, open 364 days a year from 9 am to 4 pm (5 pm during peak season from April to September). We are dedicated to serving food cooked-to-order and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team.
Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant experience; strong supervisory and management skills; ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with the executive chef; proficiency in food preparation, quality control, and menu planning; experience in handling administrative tasks such as menu planning, scheduling, and inventory management; willingness to resolve customer issues and maintain a clean restaurant environment
