Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; strong passion for hospitality, food quality, and teamwork; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks; manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills; ability to follow instructions and procedures
