Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent relevant experience; AOS Culinary School graduate or related training preferred; Functional knowledge of Health Department, OSHA, and related regulations; Proven ability to multi-task, delegate, and manage projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Experience managing budgets, including labor, food, and operating costs; Skilled in training, staff development, and fostering team morale; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Strong time management, organizational, and analytical abilities; Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication) and business-related math; Proficient with computers and technology; Serve Safe food handler certification required; Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods; Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
