Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years kitchen experience; minimum of 1 year leadership experience; solid culinary skills including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, etc.; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
