Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years of kitchen experience including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and 1 year in a management/supervisor role; excellent leadership skills; familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health/safety guidelines; active Serve Safe Manager certificate; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
