Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: 504 Golf is a premier golf entertainment venue located in the heart of New Orleans, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join their team. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supporting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing all aspects of the venue’s operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and culinary excellence. The role involves managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and safety standards, team supervision, financial management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and feedback.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume environment; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices; Proficiency in kitchen equipment and cooking techniques; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional food and service
