Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: The Asst. Kitchen Manager is responsible for aiding the Kitchen Manager with staff, food, ordering, and food safety within the eatery. The Asst. Kitchen Manager must be knowledgeable on policies, procedures, and food safety. Required to work 5 days per week. The responsibilities of Asst. Kitchen Manager include demonstrating an understanding of daily prep sheets for each station, following and adhering to daily routine checklists given by the Lead Kitchen Manager, confirming, rotating, and entering product invoices, maintaining a clean and organized BOH (back of house) during the shift, following up with employees on completion of work prior to their clocking out, product ordering on time, adhering to the assigned budget for product ordering, ability to forecast prep needs over multiple days, following recipe standards, being involved in training all BOH employees, having good communication with the Lead Kitchen Manager and Head Coach.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of policies, procedures, and food safety; ability to work 5 days per week; full availability on weekends
Benefits: Full-time employment, $16.00/hr (base pay and tips)
