About: The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired restaurant concept in Phoenix, brought by the visionaries and operators of Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. Developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, this chef-driven neighborhood restaurant is a unique dining experience in the area.
Requirements: 3 years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience; be at least 21 years of age; bachelor’s degree or certification from culinary school is preferred; basic experience with Microsoft Suite
