Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen operations and food safety standards; ability to motivate and train a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; attention to quality in taste and presentation; strong organizational skills in managing prep, timing, and kitchen flow; reliability and leadership by example; physical stamina to handle the demands of a bustling kitchen and lift up to 25 pounds if needed
