Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

They are currently seeking a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Back of House, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen management role preferred; strong passion for made-from-scratch food; knowledge of compliance with employment policies; ability to supervise production and set pace during peak hours; skilled in inventory management and waste tracking; understanding of safe food handling procedures; commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
