Position: Assistant Hotel Manager (Caesars New Orleans)
About: Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel, a destination property in the heart of the city, is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead the Front Services hotel operations including the Front Desk, Bell Desk, Door, Concierge, Butlers, and Valet. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service is provided to guests in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, reflecting the company’s commitment to Family-Style Service.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; Business or Hotel related degree desired; Three to five years previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment preferred; Two to three years previous customer service experience required, with an emphasis in the hospitality industry preferred; Must possess excellent oral, written and communication skills; Must be able to effectively communicate in English; Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team; PC literate with a minimum working knowledge of Microsoft’s Word and Excel required; Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift; Must present a well-groomed appearance; Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; Must be able to maneuver in and around hotel areas, lift up to 80 pounds, and operate typical hotel equipment.
