Position: Assistant Hotel Manager
About: Wynn Resorts, a luxury resort located in Las Vegas, is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to be the main point of contact for guests needing assistance. The role involves prioritizing guest needs while safeguarding the assets of the resort in a secure manner.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent education required, college degree preferred; Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management within a luxury resort; Excellent communication skills in English, additional foreign language preferred; Proficiency in MS Office and prior knowledge of systems like HotSOS, Medallia, and Opera; Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills; Ability to work all shifts, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in high-pressure situations
