Position: Assistant Hospitality Manager
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a renowned restaurant chain with locations across multiple states, is seeking experienced Assistant Managers who are dedicated to delivering a best-in-class guest experience and are passionate about providing Damn Good food and drinks. The ideal candidates will thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant environment.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants, including full service, fast food, or convenience preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServeSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week; competency in basic computer functions; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; bilingual a plus; physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds, stand for several hours, walk for long periods, and bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various height levels
