Position: Assistant Hospitality Manager
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a renowned chain of restaurants that started its legacy in Austin, Texas in 2006, is seeking talented Assistant Managers to join their team. The company’s mission is to be damn good and serve people the best damn tacos, driven by passion and attention to detail. They are looking for leaders who excel in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant environment, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding Torchy’s core values.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants, including full service, fast food, or convenience preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week with flexibility in hours; competency in basic computer functions; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; bilingual a plus; physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and reach for objects at varying heights
