Position: Assistant Guest Services Manager
About: Join our team at Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel as an Assistant Guest Services Manager and be part of creating exceptional guest experiences! Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hotel experience required. Lifestyle Brand and/or Marriott experience, preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization; Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages; Ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
