About: Seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and manage the management and hourly service team in offering a world-class culinary experience. The position requires exemplifying gracious hospitality, respect, and prioritizing employee development. Reporting to the General Manager.
Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of restaurant management experience and 5+ years of restaurant experience; developed communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations; ability to supervise, train, and motivate multiple levels of employees; extensive knowledge of the food industry, revenue management, and fine dining or upscale restaurant service and salesmanship
