Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of restaurant management experience and 5+ years of restaurant experience; developed communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations; experience in supervising, training, and motivating employees at multiple levels; extensive knowledge of the food industry, revenue management, fine dining or upscale restaurant service and salesmanship
