Position: Assistant General Manager – Phoenix

Requirements: Minimum one year of management or supportive leadership role experience; 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred; proven success in sales and team leadership; excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns; intermediate computer skills; flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
