Position: Assistant General Manager – Mansion at MGM Grand
About: The Mansion at MGM Grand is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join their team. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in providing direction and leadership for the Assistant Manager and the Restaurant Service team, leading them to achieve operational and financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures at The Mansion.
Requirements: 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor/manager in a VIP/Luxury dining environment; Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant OR Previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant; Bilingual in Chinese, English as the primary or secondary language; Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement
