Requirements: A college degree; 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries; exposure to rent collection processes, budgets, and account receivables; proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram; outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; a sharp professional appearance; competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps, and computer programs; sales aptitude; a real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire where applicable)
