Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Taco Bell is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing work shifts and completing administrative duties. The Assistant Manager provides leadership in the RGM’s absence to ensure the restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards, overseeing Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads to deliver safe, quality food and friendly service. Responsibilities also include assisting with facility maintenance, recruiting, hiring, and developing team members, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred
