Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Taco Bell Cantina restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining Taco Bell standards and ensuring a positive work environment. The role involves problem-solving, team guidance, inventory management, and financial accountability while prioritizing food quality and safety for customers and staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred; 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility; basic personal computer literacy; strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Leader position; must be at least 18 years old; must pass background check criteria; must have reliable transportation; basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills; able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
