About: Big City Wings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch guest service, maintaining food quality standards, and upholding safety and cleanliness regulations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field required; 5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant management; Strong leadership and organizational skills; In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry regulations; Excellent communication and decision-making abilities; Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ServSafe and TABC certification preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
