Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading a team of F&B professionals that deliver high-quality food and beverages, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and maximizing profitability. This position involves managing daily operations, employee selection, development, and performance evaluation. The AGM plays a crucial role in enhancing sales and guest satisfaction through superior team member and guest experiences.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of management experience; At least 1 month of experience in a similar capacity; Knowledge of MS Office, Rest. 365, preferably Toast; Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and have specific vision abilities; Strong interpersonal, leadership, customer service, oral and written communication, organizational, planning/organizing, professionalism, and dependability skills.
