Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: At least 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Long hours sometimes required; Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests; Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions; Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a service-oriented manner; Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; Must be effective in problem-solving and maintaining confidentiality; Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally; Perform other duties as requested by management
