Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The Malnati Organization is seeking an Assistant General Manager to shape the culture of the restaurant and enhance team member engagement and guest satisfaction. This role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and ensuring the highest level of service and quality in line with company standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus; Minimum 3-5 years restaurant experience; Required to read and write English, follow and assign verbal and written instructions and use math; Training in all aspects of the restaurant/carry out including waiting tables, prep work, steam, and pizza; Must have thorough knowledge of Company products, services, policies, and procedures; Ability to speak Spanish a plus
