Requirements: Experience in hospitality is a must (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants); 3+ years of supervisory or management experience required; Ability to pass a thorough background check; CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred; Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion; Demonstrated ability in developing team members; Must possess professional, energetic, and self-motivated demeanor; Computer skills essential – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with others; Must be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic about the business; Appreciation of diversity in all its forms; Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
