Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Residence Inn by Marriott located at 8125 Gatehouse Road in Falls Church, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to support all aspects of the operation, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sales generation. This position plays a key role in implementing property-wide strategies in alignment with the brand service strategy to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue growth.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
