Position: Assistant General Manager
About: InnVentures, a company with over 40 years of experience in managing and developing hotels, operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REITs and private real estate owners. They have a strong focus on creating winning teams and maximizing revenue for their clients.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years progressive experience in a hotel; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; long hours sometimes required; maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines; attend required meetings and trainings; comply with company standards and regulations; maintain confidentiality of information; ability to handle and solve problems effectively; light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
