Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: 3+ years in a restaurant management role; Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred); Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift; Passion for food and restaurant operations; Desire to make an impact on customers and team members; Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment; Strong understanding and appreciation of local and organic products; Strong leadership behaviors, approachability, and a reputation as a role model
