Position: Assistant General Manager
About: MV Transportation, a leading transit business, is in search of an Assistant General Manager to provide support, leadership, and direction to assigned operating personnel to ensure the successful delivery of the division business plan in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant and recent experience managing paratransit operations or a similar position overseeing day-to-day operations of demand response passenger transportation, including staff and driver schedule management, scheduling, routing, dispatch or call center functions, policy development, regulatory compliance, proficiency in Trapeze, and strong organizational, planning, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and lead others to success; fluency in English.
