Requirements: Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Managers lead shifts ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience, managing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Department Managers have specific responsibilities like ensuring great quality food, customer experience, and hiring and training qualified crew.
