Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: Has general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation; High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus; Leadership skills – ability to supervise, train, and motivate restaurant personnel; 2-3 yrs. supervisory or management experience in a restaurant: familiar with FOH and HOH/Kitchen management; Ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion; Ability to work flexible hours; Good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills; Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Reliable transportation
