Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) requires strong, positive, vocal leaders centered on mirroring the vision and direction of the company and of the General Manager. Assistant GMs must be hands-on leaders, providing positive communication and direction throughout the shift. AGMs must understand our Standards and hold smile makers accountable to those Standards at all times. AGMs must have flexible schedules that match the GM Scheduling Guidelines. AGMs will be scheduled Forty Hour work weeks.
Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs which is required for putting away inventory and stocking; must have working knowledge of computers; must agree to a background and credit check; must be eligible to work in the United States; must possess a valid drivers license; must have a managers Food Safety Certificate; bilingual a plus
