About: The company located at 2200 Empire Ave, Burbank, California 91504 is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist in managing hotel day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction. The AGM will provide leadership, training, and oversee the daily activities of the hourly staff to create an exceptional workplace environment. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies: Able to comprehend instructions, write correspondence, and communicate effectively with guests and associates. Proficient in property management system technology. Strong mathematical skills and supervisory experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs. Environmental Job Requirements include physical tasks and working conditions. Minimum Qualifications: Prior hotel experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications include supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
