Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant manager; be a Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion; demonstrate ability to achieve expected store financial results; have strong communication and coaching skills; be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic about the business; exhibit excellent pace, energy, and self-motivation; respect for individuals and appreciation of diversity; ability to establish working relationships and create a vision for the store; exercise good judgment and hold high personal standards of conduct and professionalism; Innovative and strategic thinker with strong statistical inclination; Innate ability to inspire the team; Hold self-accountable and maintain professionalism internally and externally; Have positive energy and a genuine love for Dave and Buster’s culture.
