The Hospitality Manager position at Torchy’s is crucial for elevating the guest experience and ensuring exceptional service from the team. This role involves overseeing Front-of-House and Back of House operations while focusing on delivering top-notch service and driving sales and performance at the restaurant.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants is a must; high-level understanding of training and development concepts; required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification; ability to lead and foster teamwork; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in time management; experience in a scratch kitchen environment; physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and reach objects at varying heights.
