Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, requiring flexibility in shift days, starting and ending times, and weekly hours worked. The Assistant General Manager position involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including guest service, engineering, rooms, food and beverage, accounting, and human resources. This role also includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, meeting financial goals, and coordinating day-to-day operations in alignment with company standards and regulations.
Requirements: High school education plus a degree in hotel management, business, or related major; advanced knowledge of housekeeping/hotel services principles and practices; five or more years of related experience; familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
