Position: Assistant General Manager
About: InnVentures, a hospitality management company operating over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REITs, private real estate owners, and individual hotels, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Moxy New Orleans French Quarter, LA. This role involves inspiring and leading the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service and financial performance.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years progressive experience in a hotel; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; ability to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills; adept at problem-solving and multitasking; must attend all required meetings and trainings; ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations; must be proactive in identifying and solving problems; comfortable with light physical work; must maintain confidentiality of information.
