Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years hotel management experience of Department Head or above; Full-Service Hotel Experience; Proven ability to create a profitable culture of accountability and build cohesive teams; Strong managerial skills for decision-making, negotiations, and project coordination; Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management; Ability to stand and move continuously, lift up to 25 pounds, and engage in various physical tasks; Available for varied shift schedules to meet operational demands
